[DotW] Sunlight — Description

Most of Vektren seemed to prefer the cover of night and shadows. The dark was their friend, their ally. It kept them hidden from enemies and prying eyes as they went about their business. It was safety, security.

Archimedes was not quite like the other Vektren, he realized. While he tried to embrace the darkness, to lurk in the shadows as they did, somehow he always found more comfort in the light of the sun.

Perhaps in time, his love of light would be snuffed away.
